Catchy LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operate the www.catchyagency.com website (the “Service”). Developer Voice

To register for Developer Voice, users are required to submit personally identifiable information, such as a name, email address, and phone number. All user information is kept confidential. At no time will we sell or disclose any personally identifiable information obtained through Developer Voice with outside entities or third-party businesses unless consent is obtained or the information collected is deemed reasonably necessary to perform a specific function related to our services. We may, however, report certain information in aggregate form (e.g., “40% of male developers aged 25-40 reported…”).

How we use Personally Identifiable Information

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected during registration may be used for any of the following purposes:

  • Market research purposes (e.g., surveys, interviews)
  • To create and fulfill a contract or statement of work (SOW) related to market research and/or consulting initiatives
  • Marketing or alternative communications related to Developer Voice, which individuals may opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link

We can only identify you via your email address and we can only adhere to your request and provide information if we have Personal Data about you through you having made contact with us directly and/or you using our site and/or service. We cannot provide, rectify or delete any data that we store on behalf of our users or customers.
